These Raspberry Pistachio Scones became a favorite after a family Easter get together. I am pretty sure a few of us had 2 or 3 that day. They were that good. Whether you need something special for your mom, or just need a weekend treat, these delicate scones fit the bill. They are filled with pistachios and fresh raspberries, drizzled with a lemon glaze, and topped with more chopped pistachios. ($11.00 - Box of 4)
