Happy Tuesday! We are so excited to be back in the bakery and ready to serve you this week!

• NEW Triple Berry White Chocolate Scones

Our new scone is loaded with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, then finished with white chocolate. It is definitely delightful! 😍

🥪 Wednesday = Brunch Day!
Join us from 11 AM–1 PM for Turkey & Gouda Paninis served with your choice of:
• Fresh-cut French fried taters
OR
• A side salad

📣 Menu Update!
After reviewing our sales and analytics, we are making a few changes.

❌ Pancakes and French Toast are coming off the daily menu.

🎉 But don’t worry! We’re introducing Fancy French Toast Fridays (with a pancake option)!

Every Friday you’ll be able to enjoy:
🥞 Loaded Pancakes - blueberry this Friday!
🍓 Fruit-Topped Pancakes - strawberry, banana, or blueberries.
🍮 Bavarian-Topped Pancakes
🍞 Fancy French Toast Creations - including cinnamon roll French toast!

If you’re a pancake or French toast lover, Friday is going to be your day!

🔥 Brisket Saturday is back this week, so make plans to stop in and grab your favorite brisket goodies.

🎉 Wayne America, we are officially SOLD OUT! 🎉

What an incredible week. Thanks to all of you, we’ll be closing up shop early today at 11:30 a.m.

If you’re participating in the Nebraska Passport program, don’t worry! Please head over to Refind & Refresh, and Chelle will be happy to get you taken care of with your passport stamp.

Boy, do we have a special treat for you today!

We had a very early morning here at HIS Baking Co. with a TON of donuts heading out the door bright and early. And to make the morning even better, JJ surprised us by stopping in! We were so excited to see him that we just had to snap a picture of him and his awesomeness. 😄 He finally wore his “jorts” and crocks! 😂

All that aside…the case is FULL today! We’ve got all sorts of donuts and goodies ready for you, plus lattes, loaded teas, acai bowls, and hot breakfast waiting with your name on it. ☕🫐🥓

Good morning, Wayne America ☕️

We just wanted to keep everybody in the loop on a small pricing update here at HIS Baking Co.

Due to inflation, rising product costs, and doing some market research within our area, we have made a slight adjustment to our drink pricing.

• Drip coffee is now $2.25
• Lattes have increased by $0.25

We never make these decisions lightly, and we will always do our best to keep serving quality ingredients, local products, and homemade goodness while keeping prices as fair as possible for our amazing community.

We appreciate every single one of you and your continued support of our little bakery more than you know. ❤️

Good morning, Wayne America! ☀️

It is Wednesday, and we are so happy to be back after the long weekend. It was wonderful to take a little time away, and now we’re back recharged, refreshed, and ready to roll! 🙌

Today’s case is going to be pretty loaded, and we are excited about it. Today in the case we have:

• Sourdough brownies 🍫
• Sourdough cinnamon rolls 🤎
• Chocolate Bavarian donuts 🍩
• Fresh pastries & sweet treats ✨
• Lots of homemade goodness all throughout the case 😍

And of course…it’s Brunch Wednesday! 🍽️

Today Chris is making a Steakhouse Panini featuring deli-sliced roast beef and provolone cheese, pressed hot and melty just the way it should be. You’ll get your choice of our homemade tater fries or a side salad with it. 🥪🥔🥗

So whether you need breakfast, coffee, a loaded tea, or want to stop in this afternoon for lunch, we would absolutely love to see you.

We have some really exciting news dropping this Friday! Stay tuned! You’ll want to hear this!
