Grey Goose Gourmet Pepper jellies made with fresh, simple and locally sourced ingredients. That is when the experimenting began! Thank you for supporting my business.

What began as a family obsession and ideal gift for anyone, a kitchen tradition after the pepper garden harvest, has evolved (quite quickly!) into Grey Goose Gourmet. After one-too-many eye rolling, jaw aching, goodness-filled, pepper jelly bites, I decided it would be a crime to not make my pepper jelly available to everyone! So far, in addition to Original and Hot, I have created thirteen new flavors (all with a little to a lot of bite). These pepper jellies are made, jarred, and labeled in small batches out of the owner's kitchen in Wayne, Maine. Fresh, simple, and locally bought and grown ingredients are used when they are available. When the harvest is ripe peppers out of our own family garden are used. When you buy our pepper jelly you are buying not only a delicious ingredient, but the transparency that the jelly was made in a clean, state certified kitchen, from fruits and vegetables that are used at their peak stage of ripeness with eco-friendly ingredients. Buying a jar from us is the single way we expand this small company. This allows us to continue making pepper jelly with simple ingredients for you and your friends to experience. We’re open 9–5 for the rest of this week, with a little Halloween fun and autumn decorating at the end of the driveway!

After Halloween weekend, we’ll be open just a few more weekends through mid-November before closing the Barn Shop for the season. With colder weather coming, we don’t want our pepper jellies to freeze!

But don’t worry — you can still purchase your favorite Grey Goose Gourmet pepper jellies right out of our kitchen as we get ready for the Wayne Holiday Stroll and our annual Culinary Holiday Open House! 🎄🍯

The gardens are all cleaned up for the season, and the pepper plants have been pulled. 🌶️🌱

Norman and I are in the commercial kitchen, washing, stemming, and prepping the last of our peppers for fresh batches of pepper jelly and filling the freezer for batches to come.

The gardens will rest until spring, but there’s still plenty of pepper jelly making ahead! ❤️

Come visit us at the Hall-Dale Music 16th Annual Fine Arts & Crafts Fair in Farmingdale!

I’ll have 15 varieties of Grey Goose Gourmet pepper jelly with me, from sweet and fruity to some with a little more heat! 🌶️ Plenty of other talented local artisans will be there, too, along with a raffle and a kids’ craft room.

Free admission, and you’ll be supporting the Hall-Dale music trip to Boston!

Lunch gets two thumbs up! 👍👍

Norman and grandson Linwood are enjoying gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches at the kitchen table, with little Frieda keeping them company. 😄

Ham, Colby cheese, fresh garden tomato slices, and a little Warm Apple Pie pepper jelly for that sweet-and-savory kick. The boys are loving every bite!

It’s a gorgeous sunny morning here in Boothbay, a little cool with a refreshing breeze, so we’ve bundled up a bit more today! We’ll be here from 9 AM to noon for our final market of the season.

If you’re a local or visiting the area, come on out and support your local farmers and makers on this last market day! ❤️ It’s a great time to stock up on your favorite Grey Goose Gourmet pepper jellies, too!

We’ll be covering Southern Maine and the Midcoast with three events over Saturday and Sunday!

🍂 Saturday:
📍 York Harvest Fest — I’ll be at this annual outdoor event on the ball field in York. It’s looking like we’ll have some nice weather for our LAST outdoor event of the season!

📍 SMC Fall Fiesta Craft Show — Norman will be at the St. John Community Center in Brunswick.

🛍️ Sunday:
📍 Makers Market at Thompson’s Point — We’ll be bringing Grey Goose Gourmet to Portland for another day of shopping local and supporting Maine makers.

Whether you’re heading to York, Brunswick, or Portland, we’d love to see you! Stop by, say hello, and stock up on your favorite pepper jellies. And with the holidays getting closer, it’s a great time to pick up a few jars for gift-giving, too!
