The Crust Factory The Crust Factory is a local made from scratch pie company. All pies feature our family's century old homemade pie crust. It's all in the crust!

As a child, I used to sit and watch my grandmother and mother make every flavor of pie imaginable. From the traditional Cherry & Apple to Mincemeat, Pineapple and Pecan. The secret to their pies was all in the crust. Light, flaky buttery crust that hooks you the moment you take that first bite.
