🥕 Fresh Milled Einkorn Carrot Cake 🥕

Raw carrots, pineapple, warm spices, eggs, organic cane sugar and of course, freshly milled whole grain flour.

Topped with a lightly whipped, vanilla bean cream cheese frosting.

Is it a cake? Yes. Whole grains take desserts to a completely different level of flavor though.

We don’t mill grains for the nutrition benefits alone. The FLAVOR is where it’s at! 💛

No preservatives. Just real food. 🙌

The bakery storefront is open!

We’ve survived the crazy weather and have been mixing and baking up a TON of bread. Come grab some for the family, neighbors, grandma, and the new friend you just met! 😆

Hours:
Friday 10-4pm
Saturday 9:30-2

Saturdays are for cinnamon rolls!
Whipped butters are in stock, and we are sampling the cinnamon raisin sourdough with citrus cranberry butter, if you just need a little snack.

Our bread bakery storefront is temporarily closed as the owner takes time to focus on health and recovery.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to reopening soon.

In the meantime, our bread and cinnamon rolls can be found at the The Blind Pig Butchery. Freshly baked items delivered on Wednesdays and restocked throughout the weekend. While supplies last, so sn**ch up the cinnamon rolls while they are still warm! 💛

Also made a quick stop with extras for Morning Table if you happen to drive by, make sure to pay them a visit!

We are thankful for our wholesalers and for the opportunity to slow down but still offer the community the bread that they miss and love.
