Our AC is still out. We love you Waxahachie but the heat is no joke with multiple ovens running. We will be closed tomorrow. The bakery will reopen on Thursday October 8th 🙂

(New) Caramel Apple Scone

🍏 Granny Smith apples, cinnamon, organic flour, and butter are a few of the key ingredients in the new scone flavor. Drizzled with house made caramel.

We have some new items this month!

-September Specials-

🍁 Maple Oat Sandwich🍁
Soft sandwich style bread made with organic whole grains, and sweetened slightly with real maple syrup!
(We’ve had some really great feedback from kids on this one.)

🍠Sweet Potato Sourdough🍠
Made with mashed sweet potatoes! Slightly sweet, with warm cinnamon and nutmeg. Makes a great toast to serve along with soup, or topped with a little whipped maple butter.

We’re on a maple kick, don’t mind us. 🙂
You’ve asked for a new simple butter flavor, and we’re excited to whip this one up weekly. Salted butter, and maple syrup. (No inflammatory seed oils, gums, preservatives, or flavorings)

Completely underrated deliciousness. 💛

We have a new flavor this week!

I’ve had so many requests for a 100% Fresh Milled Sourdough. After some test runs, we are excited to be adding a new flavor to the lineup 💛

🌾Khorasan, Hard Red Wheat, Hard White, and Dark Rye.

All grains are freshly milled in our bakery right before mixing.
This bread is cold proofed for 36 hrs before baking.

Grain, sourdough culture, water, sea salt. + Time.

No shortcuts, no added preservatives, or vinegars like the grocery stores do it.

Stop in this week and sample some!
