Our Story
Ollie Cakes Bakery was created in 2017 when my daughter had the idea to have a bake sale in her effort to earn money for an upcoming mission trip. We began baking and soon found friends and family continued to ask for items. I have always LOVED baking and quickly realized this side project could be something more.
Ollie Cakes Bakery was then created to provide an assortment of yummy treats with the ease of stress free shopping. Oliver is our shiatsu and I have always called him Ollie Caker Baker (who know why?!) When we decided to make it a business, it was only logical that we name the bakery just that. He does not get to help, but he does quality taste testing controls on occasion :).
Ollie Cakes strives to provide delicious treats that will have you coming back for more. We provide the warmth and nostalgia of an at home-kitchen deep within our roots. Every item that they put out is handmade with the utmost care and attention to detail. Thank you to all of those who have purchased and given suggestions and advise. We owe it all to you and appreciate and love everyone that has been a huge part of our adventure.
