Cardo’s Pizza of the month for September is Chicken N Waffle!

The base starts with a homemade whipped maple butter spread followed by a thin layer of provolone cheese. Then we add the chicken and waffle pieces with a light sprinkle of cheddar cheese over the top to help hold everything in place

Served with a side of either Maple Syrup or Hot Honey

Today is Terri’s last day at Cardo’s, and speaking for entire staff here, we will miss her so incredibly much!

She’s been here longer than just about anyone else and her hard work has made her the backbone of the entire operation. So many pasta dinners, red dressings, vegetables chopped and for the last few years has been in charge of our breakfast operations too!

She’s here until Noon today if anyone else would like to stop in and see her off!
