Most Saturdays you can find me at the Cedar Falls farmers market. I also deliver to "Be Unique" downtown Waverly. Dutch people love cookies and pastries. But they have a whole different variety than people know here in America. By selling my baked goods I hope to give you a taste of some Dutch delicacies. Al baked goods are made from scratch and are authentic Dutch recipes. And yes, I am 100% Dutc

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

I have been serving you Dutch pastries for over 10 years with much joy and gratitude. But I found it is time for a new chapter in my life.
I have decided to stop the bakery.
I am beyond thankful for all your support all these years.
I really enjoyed seeing so many new faces, that became regulars, and some even became close friends.

Please don't be too sad right away.
There will be two more sales this coming month.
Next Saturday, October 4th I will be at the Cedar Falls Farmers Market
And October 25th I will be at the Fall Craft Expo in Clarksville.

If you want to stock up on some pastries, please let me know in advance, so I can bake some extra so I have enough for everybody.

Further I will be teaching some baking classes at Hawkeye Community College.
If you want to learn how to make your favorite recipe, this is your chance!
I will be teaching 3 classes this fall semester. Dutch Letters, Eclairs, and Fruit Tubs.
The Dutch Letter Class is almost filled up and the deadline is this Wednesday
