TASTE TESTERS NEEDED!

I am working on a few variations of the viral fruit pastries (the crunchy white chocolate kind) and am needing 2-3 more people who would be interested in helping me.

You would have to be willing to come to me to pick up the desserts, but besides that it won’t cost you anything.

Fruit Flavors: blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, orange, mango, and lemon

Filling will be matching fruit flavored mousse, ganache, or similar.

Center is fruit confit/compote and fresh fruit chunks.

Shell: high quality couverture white chocolate (35%)

Some testers will be ready tomorrow, and the rest will be ready later this week.
