UPDATE: Thank you for your patience! We have dozens and dozens of messages to work through. Weekends are typically our family time, but please know we will respond (just may take a bit since we have a 1 and 3 year old pulling our attention as well).

This time of year has always been extremely special to us. New life, new chapters, new beginnings.

After almost 7 years, Hatched is coming to a close permanently and we are starting a new chapter.

Craig and I are beyond grateful for the love, support, and compassion we have been shown over the years. Our little family business budded and flourished because of our wonderful customers turned friends.

And now it is time for us to bid farewell. While we don’t know for certain if Hatched (in any form) will ever return, we do know that the memories we have created over the last several years will live with us for a lifetime.

Thank you from the bottom of our pie loving hearts! We will miss you and don’t forget to keep loving pie as much as we do!

To our pie family near and far:

As of January 31, 2024 we will be closing our doors in Brookfield and anxiously awaiting the next chapter of Hatched.

What does this mean for your favorite hand pies and baked goods? Simply, all baked goods will be in hibernation until we open our doors in West Tosa.

When will our doors open in Tosa? That's a little harder to answer, but we ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate the next chapter of our small business.

What can you do in the meantime? Please don't forget about us even if you don't see our baked goods around town for a while. We're still working behind the scenes!

As always, we could not do any of this without the love and support of our loyal customer base. Thank you for believing in us and loving pie as much as we do. So for now, we will relish in the extra time with our two little boys and work as hard as ever to get those bakery doors open once again!
