Two more sourdough loaf drops this month!
May 19-20: lemon blueberry or sundried tomato + mozzarella
May 26-27: cinnamon honey butter or jalapeño cheddar

I'm trying something new this month - a regular cadence of sampler options + scheduled sourdough loaf flavors. Each preorder has listed the price, order deadline, and pickup windows. We'll see how it goes and we adjust for next month :)

You'll need to message me to reserve your cupcake or cookie sampler as well as a featured sourdough loaf. Quantities are limited and typically sell out quickly!

A tale of two small business owners and bakers in Wautoma...

In case you've been living under a rock, Chelsee started Chelsee's Bakes a few years ago, started a coffee cart and truck with a permanent lot in Wautoma, and just recently, she opened up her own cafe right in downtown Wautoma.

Chelsee and I bake similar things and our products overlap. Do I buy her cookies even though I also do cookies?
Absolutely.
Does she buy my cinnamon rolls even though she does her own?
Sure does.

This isn't a competition, we are two small business owners and bakers in our little town who support one another, all knowing that there is PLENTY of business to go around. This picture is literally from about 30 minutes ago, Chelsee wanted a plain sourdough loaf to put this yummy blueberry jam on. Ask, and you shall receive!

Be kind to people in your community. Our community should be something we have pride in, not one where we try and tear each other down constantly from within.
