We know it’s been quiet here. That hasn’t been the case behind the scenes.

Over the past few months, we've been busy with product testing, logistics, and building out career opportunities on our website. Our partners at Ghidorzi Companies have been making steady progress on the building, and things are really coming together.

Eesa Bakery and Cafe plans a spring opening in Wausau, bringing artisan breads, croissants and a cozy cafe to a restored historic building.

We are often asked why we chose the name Eesa (E-sah). Eesa is a blend of the owners' daughters’ names, Evangeline and Samantha. A small nod to the family inspiration behind the bakery.
