It's been a rough few weeks in my kitchen. I've been trying out a new recipe because I was not happy with the density and dryness of the last one.

One thing I never realized as I got into baking sourdough is how finicky it can be! I seriously think the final product can be drastically affected by the littlest changes like humidity level.

It's taken weeks of baking underdone, overproofed, yuck bread and lots of tweaking various things to finally get to this beauty right here. And let me tell you, I am so pleased! I felt like a kid on Christmas waiting for it to bake and cool before I could cut into it. My husband and I got to enjoy this Rosemary Garlic loaf finally at 10:30pm last night and boy was it worth the wait!

Apologies to everyone who got one of my previous, not so great loaves! I appreciate your support as I figure this out and improve my technique! I'm getting there!
