I am seriously blown away by the turnout today!! I cannot thank everyone enough for stopping by, sharing my posts, sending the sweetest messages, and supporting this little dream of mine. You have all been SO incredibly kind and it means more to me than you know!

We are down to just a few goodies left:

🔥 3 S’mores Bars

That’s it!! If you’ve been wanting to snag something, come grab them before they’re gone!

🤎

Seriously… THANK YOU. For a first day, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. 🥹🫶🏼

The stand is DONE… now I just need to make her cute and fill her with baked goods! A huge shoutout goes to my husband for all the work he put into this!

Decor and decals are still coming, but the menu is officially finalized and opening day is SO close! I haven’t locked in the exact date just yet, but the announcement is coming very soon. 👀

What are you hoping to grab first on opening day?

I’m so excited to finally share this with our community! If you’re local, sharing this post would mean so much as I prepare for opening day. 🤍

This little bakery stand has gone from a sketch and a dream to something we can actually picture filled with fresh baked goods!

We’re down to the final details, and I can finally say the menu is almost complete! There have been so many batches, recipe tweaks, taste tests, and “just one more adjustment” moments, but I think we’ve got it.

I seriously can’t wait to share everything with you. Opening day is getting closer, and I hope you’ll be just as excited as I am when these shelves are finally full.

Stay tuned… we’re almost ready!

Throughout this experience of testing recipes I have found a huge love for bread recipes!

I’ve always loved baking, but there’s just something so satisfying about turning a few simple ingredients into fresh, homemade bread. Once you figure out what your dough should look and feel like, the possibilities are endless!

Today’s kitchen experiments were homemade white bread and jalapeño cheddar bread… and next up, English muffins! 🤩

Stay tuned… you just might see some of these on the opening menu! 👀

Which one would you grab first?

Stay tuned… there’s lots more to come! 🍪

The Cozy Crumb Test Kitchen 🤎

One thing I’ve learned over the last few weeks…I’m a lot pickier than I thought. 😂

I keep finding myself saying, “It’s really good…” and then immediately wondering how I can make it even better.

This weekend was full of recipe testing, lots of notes, second (and sometimes third) attempts, and more dishes than I’d like to admit.

Thankfully, I had the cutest little cleanup crew helping out. 🤍

I’m still keeping the opening menu a surprise for now, but it’s slowly coming together…one recipe at a time.

I have a feeling my family is going to be pretty tired of taste-testing by the time we open…but somehow I don’t think they’re complaining. 😋

Well, this wasn't exactly part of the garage cleanout plan... 🤎

A couple of months ago, we were cleaning out the garage and somehow started talking about building a self-serve bakery stand.

One conversation turned into a sketch, the sketch turned into a plan, and before we knew it, we were hauling home lumber, making repeated trips to the hardware store, and discovering that "this shouldn't take too long" are probably the most dangerous words a person can say.

And somehow, here we are.

We're not quite ready to open yet, but we wanted to invite you along for the journey. Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing progress updates, menu testing, sneak peeks, and all the excitement as The Cozy Crumb starts coming to life.

We're incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement we've already received, and we can't wait to share what's ahead!

🤎 BreeAnna

P.S. If you could choose one baked good to be available on opening day, what would it be?
