Did y'all miss me? 😉

I'm sorry I haven't been posting much. One, I haven't gotten any new orders (boooooo!) and two, I've started a new job!
What does that mean for Cookie Creations by Shae? Well, nothing really. I love making cookies and I want to keep doing it! I will be sticking to cookies only now though instead of the occasional cakes and cupcakes I would take on.

So with that being said, I hope you all think of me when you're needing some cookies for that special occasion!
I'm thinking of still doing pre-sales for the holidays as well.

So, I'm gonna have a real moment with everyone...

I was planning on having these amazing back to school options and get them posted to my page for ordering, and sadness just overwhelmed me. This was the first year that all of my children went to school. No more mid day cuddles or random talks about random things that little kids like to talk about. No more random play time, or giggles at the show we're watching. Just... silence.

My home is so quiet today. I'm sitting here on my chair just starring at a wall. Can things be done? Yes. Could I start making cookies? Yes. Do I want to? No.
I just need a minute to get used to my new normal. I'm sure I sound dramatic, but to me it feels so weird. Different.

I thought I could powerhouse through it and it would be okay, but then I realized that I needed to let myself have these emotions. So, I'm sorry for anyone that was looking forward to back to school cookies. I just really needed to be in the moment with my kids. ❤️

End of ramble. 😅

It's the last day of July and the first day of school is right around the corner. I'm still waiting on a cookie cutter, but as soon as it gets in I will posting back to school cookies. 👍🏻

Hello beautiful people!

I'm so sorry that I have not been posting lately. I'm still here and still making cookies!

I will have a couple options for back to school cookies posted by sometime next week, so look out for that! 👀

I know I didn't do a cookie smackdown for July, and I'm sorry about that! I'm trying to decide if I want to keep doing that, or if I should just stick to the drop cookies I already have on the list.
