I just want to share something from the heart. 💕

Running a small business means pouring myself into every order, every detail, and every customer. And even with all that care, I’m still human, and sometimes I make mistakes. If I ever miss something or fall short, please know it’s never from a lack of love or intention.

This weekend, I completely missed an order due to my own error. I wrote the date down wrong on my calendar, even after confirming the correct date multiple times. I let someone down and she left me a 1-star review (rightly so). Honestly, I understand why she was upset, and I would have been disappointed in her shoes, too.

Mistakes like this are hard because I care SO much about what I do and the people who trust me with their orders. I take full responsibility and I’ll be making changes to help prevent this from happening again.

I’ve been telling those of you calling me “superwoman” that I’m definitely not, and here’s a little more proof 😂
I’m just a real person doing my best, learning as I go and trying to pour my heart into this little business of mine.

Thank you for supporting me, for giving me grace when you can and for allowing me to be vulnerable for a minute. It truly means more than you know. 💕

🍂 WOW and THANK YOU is all I can say after today at Mukwonago Fall Fest! 🍂

I honestly didn't think anyone would come out in the rain, but you guys showed up for us and nearly sold us out 😭

I have a few extra cookies and I'm going to list them on my website for pickup this week (at specific times since we work other day jobs). I will have a few "imperfect" cookies as well for half price.

I'll post the link here to order tomorrow at 7pm. It will be first come, first served and once they're gone, they're gone.

Thank you again so much from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our small family business -Alia & Eli
