Rochester Deli owned Bakery. Our Family recipes always include premium ingredients. Est. 2013 All accepted orders will be confirmed.

Please call or email our bakery for all orders - Tuesday - Friday 9-2:45 pm and Saturday 9-11:45. Any orders received after business hours will be considered next day ordering. We currently require a lead time of 1 week's notice for most orders. Special orders and larger orders may require more time. Our scratch made bakery is available for purchase at our parent company Rochester Deli 143 W. Broa

dway (next door) and numerous restaurants, retail locations and coffee shops throughout Waukesha County. Because we have a small facility, we cannot provide gluten free bakery due to cross contamination. We do not offer dairy free, sugar free or egg free selections. New beginnings, same Bakery

Throughout the past 5 years, we met many exceptional people and gained loyal customers. We are overwhelmed by the love and support we received. We are excited to announce the new year will bring a change to our bakery. After careful thought, we are re-establishing our retail bakery as a production facility that still offers our custom made European tortes, pies and specialty desserts at our parent company Rochester Deli and by special order. Our retail bakery will be available at our original location Rochester Deli. We will expand our production capabilities with an increase in wholesale, weddings, specialty catering, custom orders and baking classes! We thank everyone in advance as we make this new adjustment.

We hope you recognize the importance we place on quality and great customer service and allow us the opportunity to be your baker.

We look forward to continuing to bake for our community for many more years to come!
