ustry working for small businesses and larger commissary-type bakeries, Ken and Peggy felt they had something special to offer: European-style products and excellent customer service. In 2003, they opened Sweet Perfections Bake Shoppe, a neighborhood staple with an old-world atmosphere, complete with grab-and-go coolers, cafe-style tables and chairs, and even outdoor seating for warm days. Nearly 20 years later, Sweet Perfections is still a family-owned bakery specializing in wedding cakes, custom desserts, and European pastries.
