Lang Cake Co. Lang Cake Co. Hello! My name is Sarah Lang and I'm a stay at home Mom in the Waukesha area.

I studied Culinary Arts and graduated with two degrees from WCTC in 2012. Since then, I've worked in kitchens around the Milwaukee area including Mr. B's, a Bartolotta Restaurant, Grand Geneva, The Legends at Brandybrook, and Country Springs Hotel. I ended up leaving the hospitality industry in 2016 and in 2017 I had my first baby. My whole life changed and cooking soon became a hobby instead of a

career. We now have five children running around, two dogs, and a house full of laughter. With the kids growing up and becoming more independent, I now have more time to spend on my hobbies. I now spend time making cakes enjoyed by other families on special occasions. I'd love to make the next event in your life a little more special by baking for you!
