☀️ Kicking off summer at Eleven East! ☀️

We’re open today from 2–6 PM (or until sold out) with a lineup we’re pretty excited about:

🍞 Classic Country
🧀🌿 White Cheddar Dill (NEW!)
🔥🍫 S’mores (NEW!)
🧄 Plus a handful of Cheddar & Roasted Garlic loaves

No pizza crusts today, but don’t worry—they’ll be back this weekend!

Stop in, grab a loaf (or two), and help us welcome some fresh summer flavors to the shelves. See you this afternoon!

As Eleven East continues to grow, we’re exploring the possibility of adding some additional hours — and maybe even introducing a simple lunch menu!

Think:
🥐 Chicken salad sandwiches
🥪 Fresh lunch specials
🥖 Sourdough sandwiches
☕ Midday bakery runs

Current hours are:
Thursday: 2–6pm
Friday & Saturday: 8am–1pm

What would you MOST like to see?

To kick off summer, we’re bringing BACK one of last year’s favorites this week… our S’mores Loaf 🤎

Made with:
• ONLY Annie’s organic graham crackers
• Marshmallows with NO artificial flavors or corn syrup
• The same chocolate chunks we use in our famous chocolate chunk cookies 🍪

It’s cozy, nostalgic, gooey, chocolatey summer perfection (without the crud!) and you definitely do not want to miss this one 👏🏼

WOW. What a night. 🍕🤍

Thank you all so much for the incredible support for our very first pizza night at Eleven East! We truly didn’t know what to expect, and you all absolutely showed up for us. The response was amazing, the atmosphere was so much fun, and seeing your first reviews roll in meant the world to us.

And to answer the question we heard MANY times last night…

YES… we will absolutely be doing it again 😂👏

Stay tuned for future dates (and more pizza flavors 👀). We’re already excited for the next one!

‼️A little change of plans for tomorrow‼️

We will now be opening at 10am instead of 8am tomorrow morning and will stay open until 1pm. We still fully plan to re-open at 5pm for pizza night! 🍕✨

Today was busier than usual (THANK YOU!! 🥹) and even after a 16 hour day in the kitchen, I just couldn’t quite get enough prepped to be ready for an 8am start.

Thank you for your patience, support, and for continuing to show up for this little bakery in such a big way. We can’t wait to see you tomorrow!

Happy FRIDAY! What a beautiful day! 💛
We’re open today from 8am–1pm!

Today’s bread lineup:
• Classic Country
• Roasted Garlic Cheddar
• Cheddar Jalapeño
• (Limited) Italian Herb & Cheese

Scones today:
• Lemon Blueberry
• Rhubarb
• Cheddar & Chive

We’ve also got pizza crusts & cookies!

And don’t forget — Pizza Night is tomorrow night from 5–8pm! 🍕✨
We’ll only be open from 8–11am tomorrow morning so we can reset and prep for the evening event. Come early for your bread & cinnamon roll fix before the fun starts tomorrow night!
