As you all may know, food safety is the top priority in my kitchen. This being said, I am officially servsafe manager certified! I wanted to take my education further to ensure I provide the safest products to you all possible! To me, servsafe handler just wasn’t good enough, and I am continuing my education further!

New menu structure!!
I thought this would be a very concise change to my page!

Upon reflection on my profit and loss, I came to realize that I wasn’t paying myself at all, and was merely covering the cost of my ingredients, packaging, transportation, and delivery.
That being said my prices have been increased to properly reflect my abilities, and to ensure I’m not losing more than I’m gaining. All orders placed previous to this change will have the cost given already honored, but all future orders will be adhering to the new cost breakdowns. If there are any questions please feel free to reach out!

You may notice that some items or deals are missing from my regular menu.. that is because the pastry boxes and samplers will be available for limited times and on my own schedule. Meaning they are only able to be ordered when I’ve already prepared them rather than needing to bake 12+ batches of different items, and being left with lots that didn’t sell. The goal of this is to reduce waste, and to give me back some of my time; given I am currently working outside of my business, and I am attending courses in the future.

Pastry and sampler boxes will still be sold at markets and events in the future so be sure to stay up to date on when those are and stop on by!

Following the actions of an individual I do not speak to for a myriad of reasons.. if anybody had seen the comment(s) this person made I’ve provided documentation below to disprove claims made about me and my business. I am in the midst of taking some courses on my time and schedule to strengthen my skillset and resume. These courses are separated as I am not a full time student again, but I am taking initiative to get the education I desire whilst working full time and managing my business.

That being said I am considering my options regarding this individual, and I sincerely apologize to anybody that saw the hatred and libel spewed in my comment section. If anybody has questions regarding my academic and professional experience, I’m more than thrilled to discuss these with you. However a bitter comment on a promotional flier is not the method of initiating this conversation.

I’ve got some exciting news!! I will be selling at the Spring Market at Garland City in Watertown on May 2nd, and will be opening a booth every Friday starting in June at the Chaumont farmers market!!

I’m so so excited for these opportunities and I’ve been planning relentlessly!!

Given I came out with more quantity options for my cookies, I thought that doing the same for my small pastries would be a good way to keep things accessible once orders are able to be placed!!
