Send me a message if interested. I will have individual rolls and pans of a half dozen. You can also get them as a take-and-back option.
I love to bake! I use organic ingredients and locally sourced or home-grown ingredients.

I had made a decision around the first of this year to start a baking business with plans to set up at the Farmer’s Market starting in late May. I went grocery shopping the week after the grocery stores were decimated due to COVID-19 and noticed there was no bread anywhere. I came home and prayed about whether this was the time for me to start this business. I had been tweaking my white sandwich bread and honey wheat sandwich recipes for a couple of months and really liked how it was coming out. Just the right consistency for sandwiches and, I think, it had a good flavor to it. The next day, with Phil’s blessing, I made my bread and posted it the local sale pages. It all sold out that day and has been selling out consistently for the past two weeks. I started adding baked sweets to the list, simple things, such as cinnamon rolls and pineapple upside cake. I am overwhelmed by the amount of orders that poured in. I added banana bread last week and promptly sold out in under 15 minutes. This week I added pies and again, the response has been overwhelming. I am trying to use quality ingredients and as many organic items as possible, while keeping my prices reasonable. I hope to continue this venture into the future as long as people are happy with what I make.
