The sourdough was rolling this morning.

I’ll have the following extras available for pickup tomorrow afternoon.

3 - regular white sandwich loaves -$10/ea
3 dozen - regular white dinner rolls - $16/dozen
2 dozen - sweet sourdough dinner rolls - $16/dozen

Once I confirm - payment must be made prior to pickup.

Will update quantities as they’re committed.

Earlier this week we hosted a sourdough night. Sourdough Focaccia pizza and Rosemary/Thyme/Sea Salt got the night started. Then we mixed a couple loaves and shaped some dough.

🥖✨ The moment of truth… today I baked my very first loaf of bread after taking an incredible class with Farmers Grain Baking Co. — and it was absolutely delicious!
We learned so much and had such a fun time at their bread-making class. If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at homemade bread, I can’t recommend checking them out enough!
Now that I’ve got my own sourdough starter, we’ll see what tasty creations come next 😋

-It’s hard to ‘kill’ starter. Just feed it to get it back to active.
-Making bread and not ‘happy’ with it it? Bake it anyway! It’ll still probably taste and be just fine!!

The recipe for a good workshop day:

Ingredients:
Handful of people
Loads of hands-on experiences
Heaping cup of Q+A

Instructions:
Mix bread. Bake bread. Make jam. Taste jam.

Final product:
A brain full of knowledge, a belly full of carbs, and a heart with new connections!
