As we round Big Berthas Breads and more one year anniversary, I wanted to reintroduce myself as we continue to grow!
My name is Holly Weinzatl and I am the owner of Big Berthas Breads and More LLC. I work a full time job, but I have a love and passion for making sourdough! I started making sourdough in January of 2025. In July of 2025 I decided I wanted to share this passion with my community, and that’s when Big Berthas Breads and More LLC was born!!
Now, none of this would have started without my starter- Bertha! As some of you may know, making your own starter can be a tricky task. Bertha was a handful. At points she was Bad Bertha, Bubbly Bertha, Better freakin work Bertha. And then one day…SHE WAS BIG BERTHA.
Big Berthas first popup was on August 16th, 2025. I can’t believe we are rounding our one year mark! I can’t thank everyone and God enough for all the love and support, and for all the amazing opportunities I have been given. I have loved watching my small business grow through the year and most of all meeting all of you!
I appreciate everyone following along on this journey and for everyone’s support. I try to do popups as much as I can between work and my busy life schedule, and I appreciate everyone that marks there calendar and attends each popups.
