Wonder Woman for my little Squishy! I am taking a break from ordering regularly right now so that I can focus on our new cookie business. But I had to make this fun cake for my baby. She absolutely loves Wonder Woman, has seen the new movies, and carries a doll version of “Diana” everywhere. She has to dress up like her almost every day, too. Loved the new age look! . .

I can’t believe I never posted this one. It was for my tiniest girl’s first birthday. I always wished I had had the time to make the sugar flowers, but the details on this cake kept me from finding the time. Despite that, it’s still a favorite. Teapot and teacup made entirely from sugar. Hand-painted details.

I’ve been sifting through my portfolio and realized that I had some neat cakes I never got around to posting. This was a really unique cake that truly challenged me. I love it when a bride has a distinct flair and I get to do something like this!

LEGO cake! I used actual LEGO pieces to match the colors. I consider myself a color connoisseur and it’s so satisfying when I nail it! Sometimes color doesn’t work with you, but this time, it did.

Happy Birthday to sweet Daniel! This little guy has been battling hypoplastic left heart syndrome and was able to celebrate his first birthday this weekend! As an Icing Smiles Sugar Angel, I was able to make this cake for him and his family. His little smile made every last minute detail of this cake 100% worth it! ❤️

Making contemporary art and handmade blooms and putting them all together at the scene of a beautiful day that changes lives is truly one of my most beloved passions!
