That’s how the cookie crumbles, like legit! I was really excited for these oatmeal raisin and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, get them all ready, pop them in the oven and kaplooie, huge spread. Such a bummer. But, the flavor was super great for both, so, time to improvise. Cookie crumble. Spread on top of pudding, yogurt, even top a cake. We put it over ice cream and then just ate it. Beautifully broken and delicious!
