What are we working on today?

This is one of the newest cookies coming to Moon Crumb.

One question I get a lot is how our cookies stay so thick while still having soft, chewy, moist centers.
A big part of it starts with cold butter, cake flour, and taking the time to let the dough rest before baking.

Those little details make a huge difference in creating that tall, bakery-style cookie without sacrificing texture.

We're still testing and making small adjustments before this one officially joins the menu, but it's getting close.
