-a thin moist chocolate cake topped with a fudge like chocolate ganache on top🍫

I don’t even prefer chocolate cake and I can’t resist these. Once you have one bite next thing you know the cake is halfway gone because you just keep going back for more!

Happy Saturday, y’all💗

Just wanted to update everyone that the farmstand is closed this weekend due to me being out of town for a funeral for one of my family members and will also be closed next weekend due to my son’s birthday!

The stand will reopen for the June monthly opening the weekend of June 12-14!

Incase you’ve been thinking about making homemade bread, it’s super simple! Here’s my favorite recipe that I’ve been using for 3 years now🫶🏼

Ingredients
-4-5cups all purpose unbleached flour
-1 tbsp yeast
-2 cups warm water
-1/4 cup honey (local if possible)
-2 tbsp butter

•add water, yeast and honey to mixer bowl and whisk
•add melted butter and 4 cups of flour, with dough hook attachment start mixing
•once combined, take dough out and knead by hand until you get a smooth dough ball
•add dough ball back to bowl and let rise one hour
•grease the bread pans with softened butter
•once the hour is up, shape out dough into 2 loaves and add to bread pans
•let rise another hour
•once hour is up, bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bread temp reaches 190°
•let rest or enjoy right away if you can’t wait😋
