New logo for the minis. It’s a mix between the parent company mountain munchies. and the mini munchies. Also I spy a new yeti on the scene. Nobody sees the behind the scenes things that happen but my husband Mauricio is also a big part of what makes mountain munchies so successful. He helps bring our made from scratch cakes and cookies to a whole new level! So we added him into our family logo.

💛 We’re packing up the Mini Munchies Cake Cart and heading to the Fireweed Festival in Trapper Creek this weekend! We harvested lots of fireweed to make some scrumptious desserts for this event!

This little business is about so much more than cake. It’s teaching our kids confidence, responsibility, hard work, customer service, and what it means to build something of their own.

If you’ve been looking for a way to cheer them on, you can sponsor part of their journey. Every bag of flour, stick of butter, carton of eggs, or sprinkle of support helps keep their little dream rolling.

You can:
🧁 Sponsor baking supplies
🍋 Help stock the lemonade cart
💵 Send a donation of any amount
🤍 Or the best support of all… stop by, say hello, and let the kids serve you a treat!

Thank you for believing in big dreams growing from tiny hands. We can’t wait to see everyone at the Fireweed Festival this weekend! 🌸

CAMPER RENO | PART 6 🎨
After days of demolition, dust, and discovering all the things no one hopes to find… today finally felt like progress. 💗
Paint day is officially here!
We gave this sweet old camper her two-tone makeover, and I couldn’t resist adding a scalloped border to separate the colors. It’s such a simple detail, but it feels so perfectly vintage and makes my heart so happy.
And because I couldn’t keep all the surprises to myself… I snuck in a little peek inside too. 👀 The tile flooring I scored on Facebook Marketplace is finally going down, and for the first time I can really picture what this little camper is going to become.
It’s amazing what a little paint (and a lucky marketplace finds!) can do.
She’s finally starting to look less like a construction zone… and more like the Mountain Munchies Market camper I’ve been dreaming about. 🍓🏔️

Camper Reno | part 5 🩷🔨
Today was the big one… we gutted the entire inside.
What started as “I’ll just take out the fridge” somehow turned into tearing everything down to the bones. Every panel that came off revealed another surprise—more leaks, more rotten wood, and more repairs that couldn’t be ignored.
Saying goodbye to that cute vintage pink kitchen was honestly a little heartbreaking. I really wanted to save her. But sometimes the hardest choices are the ones that give an old camper the best chance at a new life.
She’s looking a little rough right now, but every rotten board removed is one step closer to a safe, beautiful little bake shop on wheels.
One messy step at a time… she’s becoming something pretty sweet. 💕✨

Camper Reno: Part 4 🍰🛠️

Today’s mission was all about seeing what was hiding underneath.

We hauled everything outside and started peeling away the plywood covering the walls and surfaces. Honestly… I was bracing for the worst. But this time, we were greeted with far less damage than expected, and that felt like a huge win. Every little victory counts with a renovation like this.

With all the kids home, there was no shortage of eager “helpers.” 😅 Aaden jumped right in, helping remove trim and pry off old wood. Watching him get excited to work on this project alongside me makes this camper even more special.

We also made a run to Cash Camper for cleaner and butyl tape—just a few more pieces of the puzzle before we can finally start painting.

One step closer to giving this sweet old lady a fresh start… and getting her ready to serve up some sweet surprises. 💕🧁

The finish line is still a ways off, but every board removed and every repair made brings this dream a little closer to reality. Rocha Rocha

Camper Reno | Part 3 🚐🩷
I finally wrestled the old fridge out… and it definitely didn’t want to leave. 😅 It was still connected to the gas line, so getting it loose took a little extra patience.
But once it was out, I discovered exactly why this renovation keeps getting bigger.
Behind the fridge was extensive water damage—rotted wood in both the wall and the ceiling from years of leaks I never knew were there. One project keeps uncovering the next, but I’d much rather find it now than have it become a bigger problem down the road.
Every layer we peel back gets us one step closer to bringing this little camper back to life. 💕 She’s got a long way to go, but she’s already so worth saving.
Stay tuned… because this camper still has plenty of surprises left. 🛠️✨
