Here’s what’s makes this loaf our top seller-
🌾 Organic unenriched flour
☀️20% whole wheat from local
💦 water
🧂 ancient salt.
These simple but powerful ingredients are slow fermented (room temperature)and then cold fermented (cold!) up to 72 hours to enhance digestibility, flavor, and texture.
From start to finish, each loaf takes 36-96 hours to create.
