Blair Bakeshop Welcome to blair bakeshop! We are a fudge company located in the mountains of Washougal, WA. We use organic or natural ingredients when available.

We like to say we "are fudge without all the fluff." Meaning, marshmallow fluff. Yes, it makes delicious fudge. But we wanted to try a more natural approach, like granny used to use. When available and cost effective, we try to use organic ingredients, or more natural (aka no dyes). You will be able to find us at stores very soon!
