Christmas is too far off to wait for cinnamon rolls, so I'm making back-to-school pans this year! You can choose to add custom color sprinkles for your child or your favorite teacher's school.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Kathryn Bussey Filipiak has been in practice for over 12 years. Her love for food and people has resulted in various areas of the food and nutrition industry, including owning her own bakery and local food sourced cafe named "Southern Scratch." After closing her bakery to focus on her family, she found she missed most of all the casual conversations around eating and finding herself almost always helping a customer eat better!
Now, her nutrition consulting company, Southern Scratch Consulting, calls on her love for good food (mostly cooked in a cast iron skillet!) and the nurturing environment that a Southern home conjures. Her mission is to help women and families bring nurturing, enjoyment of food and gentle health back to the home through structured family meals, simple routines and basic cooking skills that make eating together something to look forward to again.
She and her husband are raising their three children in Washington, Georgia.
