Tiramisu will be our new item on the menu. Cost will be $45/pan 9x13 (15-20 servings) or half sheet size (large servings 30-40) $80.
Note: our recipe is authentic to Italian tiramisu - meaning that the cream is made with mascarpone and also includes a method of raw egg (pasteurized.) if you are uncomfortable with this, you may request no egg (heavy cream based,) or we have a special way to cook them, but these substitution are $5 more.
