We’re so excited to offer a TWO new products this week! First is our new fall loaf flavor, MAPLE PECAN! This loaf features rich, organic maple syrup that we reduce to really capitalize on the robust flavor. House-made maple glazed toasted pecans are folded in before a long, cold ferment to create a loaf that’s toasty, nutty, delicately sweet. These will only be around this fall, so grab one while you can!
We have also added an ARTISAN-STYLE SANDWICH LOAF to our menu! This is our Country Loaf recipe, lightly enriched with extra virgin olive oil and Honeybee local, raw honey. The enrichments yield a slightly tighter, softer crumb (perfect for keeping sandwich goodies contained), but the loaf maintains that crisp crust we love in an artisan-style loaf. Quantities of this one are limited for now, but it will be sticking around.
This is the last chance to get our VANILLA CHAI SCONES! After this week they’ll be going away for a while. So, if they’re your favorite, don’t wait!
