You put so much love and effort into them and then they just want to be baked all the time. Unbelievable!
I may have forgotten to take pictures of the finished loaves before they were snatched up. (Buckwheat - dark, Rye Sourdough - light)

More sourdough pictures! I'm still feeding my starter daily so I am making lots of sourdough. If you want to get your own rye starter going, I'm more than happy to provide some for free.

When bread comes out of the oven into a cooler environment, you can hear it "sing" for a couple minutes. It crackles pretty softly, so you'll probably have to turn your sound up. This was a Valentine's Day loaf duet.

Thanks so much for 50 likes already! A couple orders have already been fulfilled. Spock oversaw today's baking 🐕 Each of the breads from the menu has been ordered at least once and I've gotten requests for a whole variety of loaves. Hopefully I'll have some rye breads available next week. I'll update the menu as more bread varieties become available.
