Usually customers send me inspo pics but I include a disclaimer in my order form that all cake artists are unique and don’t expect it to look exactly like the picture! This client only requested buttercream chinoiserie cake, not too feminine! Cause boys can’t like girlie things 😏

The process ain’t pretty!! There’s so much I do to get my hands and body stead for piping buttercream.

I try so hard to look cute and pretty for my videos but it’s not natural for me lol. When I’m in the zone my face totally shows it.

I love when I get creative freedom on a cake or when I’m just bringing a cake to a friend for fun. It allows me to be creative and try out new techniques. When you’re paying for a premium cake, I get it, you want the cake to look a certain way! But if you’re up for it, trust your cake designer to make something special for you! You’re paying for someone with expertise, with an eye for design, and for technical skills.

I made this cake for my acting class. I knew the class was mostly interested in eating the cake, so I knew I could do whatever I wanted with design. I just decided to practice some flowers 🌼🌺
