I would LOVE to be able to say that I have not become obsessed with cheesecake...but while I was getting ingredients for the last, Ginger with Pineapple Passionfruit swirl, I got ingredients for a Lemon with Blueberry Swirl....

Dipped my toe into cheesecake making and ended up putting my whole foot in it...
My first cheesecakes came out SO much better than I could have hoped. Cheesecake will be hitting the menu once I get a couple of flavors mastered. This one, Pistachio with Oreo Pistachio Crust, is perfect in flavor. Ex*****on was close to perfect but I can see ways to improve the shrinking. Otherwise...you will be seeing more of THIS particular cheesecake...🐵💚
