It started with missing home. Then made a homemade honey cake—and the thought: what if more people could have a place at this table?

That’s how Sharbat began. Today, we’re still making the food we’d serve at home, for everyone who walks through our door. 💜

Swipe to hear the story from Ilhama, our founder.

What food makes you feel at home?

🇦🇿 We had the honor of participating in the Independence Day celebration organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

🇺🇸 At this prestigious event, attended by U.S. officials, diplomats, and distinguished guests, Sharbat proudly represented Azerbaijani cuisine. Our Baku pakhlava, Kata, and Honey cake were served to the guests.

We are proud to represent our country and culture through our traditional desserts on such a special occasion. We would like to thank the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the United States for their trust and continued support!🙏🏼

✨ May Azerbaijan’s Independence Last Forever! 🇦🇿

🇦🇿 Vaşinqtonda, Kennedy Center-də Azərbaycan Respublikasının ABŞ-dakı Səfirliyi tərəfindən təşkil olunan Müstəqillik Günü ilə bağlı tədbirində iştirak etmək bizim üçün böyük qürur oldu.

🇺🇸 ABŞ dövlət rəsmilərinin, diplomatik nümayəndələrin və çoxsaylı qonaqların qatıldığı bu mötəbər tədbirdə Şərbət olaraq Azərbaycan mətbəxini təmsil etdik. Tədbirdə Bakı paxlavamız, kətəmiz və ballı tortumuz qonaqlara təqdim olundu.

Belə əlamətdar gündə ölkəmizi və mədəniyyətimizi təmsil etməkdən qürur duyuruq. Bizə göstərilən etimada və hər zamankı dəstəyə görə Azərbaycan Respublikasının ABŞ-dakı Səfirliyinə təşəkkür edirik!🙏🏼

✨Müstəqilliyimiz daim olsun! 🇦🇿

From Baku to Washington DC!🇦🇿🇺🇸

The founders of Kəndstore, an organic store located in Baku White City, visited Sharbat Bakery and brought us this beautiful gift box filled with organic products, dried fruits, and nuts✨

Small moments like these make us feel a little closer to home🫠

We truly appreciate this beautiful gift from the Kəndstore team and wish them continued success!
