What's special about the boo brownies and sugar cookies?

The brownies are made with mochi flour, which is naturally gluten-free, and provides the perfect blend of fudgy and cakey textures. They're also topped with a vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, silk smooth and not cloyingly sweet (it's my fav).

The sugar cookies are extra soft, not hard like a shortbread, and almost melt in your mouth. I use a soft-bite royal icing which makes it a much more pleasant eating experience than those rock hard sugar cookies you might be thinking of from your childhood.

Surprise! I’m out of office/bakery again. This time all over 4/5 of the NYC boroughs (sorry Staten Island).

While I am here for fun, I still like to visit bakeries for inspo and this raspberry filling inside the croissant from unregular bakery was ✨e v e r y t h i n g✨

I want to recreate it and put it in a cookie and sourdough cinnamon rolls!
