I wanted to share a little update about my gluten-free baking and how I’ll be doing things moving forward!
After 7 years of baking for markets and customers, I’m switching to a small-batch, pre-order system each week so I can focus on quality, keep things fresh, and still be present for my family.
Each week I’ll be offering a limited menu of my most requested items (like my soft cinnamon rolls and cookie sandwiches 😍), and once I’m fully booked, I’ll close orders for the week.
This helps me avoid waste, keep everything made fresh just for you, and continue doing what I love in a way that works for my family.
