Do you speak fluent cinnamon roll? Get oddly excited about a beautifully crimped pie crust?
Think there are few things better than the smell of a bakery before the rest of the world wakes up?

Arnie’s Cafe is hiring a BAKER!

We’re looking for someone who can help keep our bakery case full of the homemade goodness our customers know and love—donuts, cinnamon rolls, pies, cheesecakes, biscuits and more.

But we need more than someone who knows their way around butter and flour.

We’re looking for someone who is:

🥐 Reliable — early mornings wait for no one
🥧 Consistent and able to follow recipes
🍩 Organized and efficient
🧁 Comfortable working independently
🥐 Clean, tidy and food-safety minded
🥧 Coachable and open to feedback
🍩 Able to hustle when the kitchen gets busy
❤️ Proud of what they put out for our guests

Experience in a bakery, restaurant, or commercial kitchen is strongly preferred.

At Arnie’s, we work hard, laugh often, help each other when things get crazy, and take a whole lot of pride in what we serve.

September 1st marks 12 years since our family took over Arnie’s Cafe. When I think about everything those 12 years have held, it’s hard to put into words what this little restaurant, and all of you…have meant to us.

We’ve weathered changing economies, rising costs, COVID-19, a move to a new location, staffing challenges, long days, early mornings, big wins, hard lessons and more “what the heck are we going to do now?” moments than I could possibly count. 😂

Then there was life outside these walls.

You stood beside our family and our team through unimaginable heartbreak, including the loss of our granddaughter. You gave us grace when we needed it, supported us when life was heavy, and reminded us that Arnie’s has become so much more than a place to grab breakfast.

You became part of our story. ❤️

To every person who has walked through our doors over the last 12 years, THANK YOU . Whether you come in every week, stop by when you’re visiting the coast, tell a friend about us, leave us a kind review, or simply choose to spend your hard-earned dollars with our little locally owned restaurant, you are the reason we are still here.

To our past and present Arnie’s team members, I owe you a very special thank you.

Owning a business means people put something incredibly important in your hands: their livelihood. I have never taken that responsibility lightly.

Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for taking a chance on this crazy ride. Thank you for showing up through the busy weekends, the slammed breakfast rushes, the changes, the challenges and the growing pains. Thank you for caring about Arnie’s, our customers and one another. Every person who has worn an Arnie’s apron has left a piece of themselves here and helped shape us into who we are today.

There have been plenty of ups, plenty of downs and definitely a few sideways moments along the way… but 12 years later, here we are.

Still cooking.
Still serving.
Still learning.
Still laughing.
Still incredibly grateful. ❤️

We’re looking for an experienced server who understands that great service is more than taking an order… it’s paying attention, moving with purpose and making people feel genuinely welcome.

You might be our person if you:
• Give ridiculously good customer service
• Move FAST without sacrificing accuracy
• See what needs to be done - and do it
• Can juggle multiple tables without looking like the building is on fire 🔥
• Communicate well with both guests and teammates
• Stay organized, efficient and one step ahead
• Understand that when we’re busy, EVERYONE helps EVERYONE
• Can take feedback, learn and keep getting better

We are busy. We are fast-paced. We take a lot of pride in what we do.

Friday Night Lights! 💜🤍

Friday Night Lights are back!
Tonight we take on Seaside at 7:00 PM on Mattila Field

-WHS Boosters will start things off with Trash Can Stew for sale at 5:00. $7.00 for a bowl of soup and a roll. They will have some spirit gear for sale.
-Warrenton Kids will have their face painting table set up.
-Senior Parents will be selling 50/50 tickets and raffling off a premium parking spot for the next home game on Sept. 18th.
-The volleyball team will have the concession stand open at 7:00 for snacks, burgers, sodas, and more!

Today is one of those “we’re so proud of you…but also, how dare you leave us?” kind of days. 🥹😂❤️

Today is our Aemilia’s last day at Arnie’s before she packs up and heads off to start her next adventure in Central Oregon.

And frankly, we are not okay with it.

We’ve had the privilege of watching this girl grow into one pretty incredible young woman. We’ve watched her work hard, make us laugh, survive the beautiful chaos that is Arnie’s, chase big goals, compete at a seriously impressive level, and become such an important part of our little restaurant family.

Aemilia, you have so much ahead of you, and while we would selfishly prefer that you accomplish all of those things while continuing to show up for your shifts here 😏, we couldn’t be more excited for you.

Thank you for the hard work, the laughs, the memories, and for simply being you. You’ve left your mark on this place and on all of us.

So today, if you’re out and about, stop in and help us give Aemilia a proper Arnie’s send-off. Give her a hug, embarrass her a little, tell her how awesome she is…and maybe remind her that Central Oregon is really not that far away. 😉

Aemilia, go chase the next big thing. Be brave. Work hard. Have fun. Call home. And remember… you will always have a place at Arnie’s. ❤️

We love you. We’re ridiculously proud of you. And we are going to miss the hell out of you. 🥹
