🩷 June Update 🩷

34:8 may seem a little quiet lately, so I wanted to pop in with an update! 🌸

We are not slowing down one bit, but we are taking a little pause for the month of June as our sweet son, Kross, prepares for his cleft lip repair surgery this week. 🩷 At just 4 months old, this is a huge milestone in his cleft lip and palate journey, and we’re choosing to narrow our lens as a family so I can be fully present for him as we navigate surgery, recovery, and all that comes with it. 🫶

We are so grateful for the support, prayers, and kind curiosity you’ve shown throughout Kross’s journey. 🙏 One of the greatest blessings of starting 34:8 has been building a community where we can share not only our sweet treats, but also our faith, family, and real life. 💕🍰

Because of this, we will not be accepting additional custom orders during the month of June. However, knowing me, being home with a recovering baby may inspire a little stress baking from time to time! 👩🏼‍🍳🧁 If that happens, I’ll be sure to stock the stand and cooler and let everyone know. 🎀

You can still find me at T-ball this month ⚾ and I’ll also be attending the Boots & Barbecue event in K**b Noster on June 27th! 🤠🔥 I can’t wait to see you there!

Thank you for loving our family so well. 🩷 We look forward to sharing updates on Kross’s healing journey and introducing his FOREVER SMILE to the world when we’re ready. 😊

Hey Bakestand Besties! 💕

I have a little favor to ask!

My sweet husband, Jordan, was nominated for Best Server in the Burg, and I would be so grateful if you’d take just a few seconds to vote for him!

He doesn’t have Facebook and would probably be a little embarrassed that I’m posting this, but he truly deserves the recognition for all he does. Jordan has been serving at Raging Bull Steakhouse for over 4 years as his second—and sometimes even third—job, helping support our family. Even after working a double shift, he’s quick to jump in and help roll cake pops, tackle the dishes, and take care of the kids. He is such an essential part of making my dreams come true, and I couldn’t do any of this without him.

We completely sold out tonight!

One thing tonight taught us all? Don’t wait until the last inning! We may have had a few tears that the cake pops were gone! 🙃🙃🙃
