Eric and I were brainstorming, trying to come up with a simple cookie that could become one of our BIGGEST sellers. And I think we may have just created it. 🤤

Introducing the newest addition to Breakthrough Bakery…

THE SOURDOUGH CHURRO COOKIE!

We took everything you love about a churro and turned it into a sourdough cookie. And because we couldn’t stop at just one version, we’re bringing you SIX!

🍫 Nutella Stuffed
🤎 Biscoff Stuffed

And for those who love a big, thick, bakery-style cookie, all THREE flavors will also be available NY Style!

Something tells me these are about to become a fan favorite.

Life… life is hard. But we have it. ❤️

We wake up each morning, go about our day, and do our best to make the most of what we’ve been given.

Everyone under this roof is living a different version of life. A different perspective. A different truth. We may share the same home, the same experiences, and the same struggles, but we all carry them differently.

There are so many things I go through daily that I can’t bring myself to talk about. Not because they’re secrets, but because sometimes they’re too painful to hear myself say out loud. Because sometimes, putting something into words makes it feel even more real. And sometimes, I’m just not ready to face that reality.

Some days, I’m strong. Some days, I’m barely holding it together. And some days, I don’t even know which version of myself is going to show up.

But I still get up. I still show up for my family. I still chase my dreams. I still find reasons to laugh, to smile, and to be grateful, even when my heart feels heavy.

I’ve learned that two things can be true at once. You can be incredibly grateful for your life and still be struggling with the weight of it. You can have faith and still have questions. You can be surrounded by love and still feel alone in what you’re carrying.

And just because you see someone smiling, building, working, or showing up every day doesn’t mean life isn’t bringing them to their knees behind closed doors.

Right now, I’m learning to live in a chapter I never imagined I’d have to navigate. One that is teaching me patience, grace, strength, and a whole new meaning of love.

I don’t have a beautiful lesson to wrap this up with. I don’t have all the answers. Some days, I don’t even have the words.

Today, I have my family. I have hope.

One of the BIGGEST highlights of my baking season last year was creating these sourdough pumpkins, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring them back!

This year, we’re taking things up a notch! Our sourdough pumpkins will be making their way onto shelves at several of our amazing partner locations throughout the season!
