Don't forget to save your apple scraps! 🍎♻️
We are working on our 2nd bushel of the season!

1 1/2 gallons of apple scrap juice
1 cup of brown sugar
3 – 4 cinnamon sticks
3 orange slices
3 TBSP lemon juice
1 1/2 TBSP whole cloves
1 TBSP allspice berries
2 TSP Nutmeg

Apple scrap vinegar ingredients
Peels and cores from 6 large apples
1 tablespoon of sugar
Enough water to cover the apple scraps (about 6 cups)
Optional add a little ACV to help things along
