I’m sure everyone’s been wondering what the bakery has been up to in the past 7 months…. Well, the building is there and the oven is still warm, but Patty is mastering her craft from her kitchen these days.

Thank you mom for never stopping the bakery magic. It wouldn’t have been the same without a Patty cake at our wedding.

Dearest Patty and crew from Warren Baking Company.I've known you professionally for 10 years and we've been friends for 9 years, 11 months, 29 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes. Through those years you've baked over 250,000 buns for our bbq sandwiches. Countless "pucks" for our catering business and brought back the 2 pound rye for our reuben. I was able to "twist your little arm" to slice that Italian loaf 3/4" so I could send your bread with every brisket dinner we sold. And last but not least, you baked and decorated the wedding cakes for both my sons. We couldn't feel more bittersweet to hear about your decision to retire, but we're confident that you're making the right ones. I can speak for everyone here on the westside when I say that we love you!

To our beloved customers, family, and friends…

I come to you with a full heart of memories and special moments that we, the Iacozili family, have shared with you over these last 102 years. We regret to inform you, that we will not be reopening tomorrow as planned. As of March 11, 2025, your beloved Warren Baking Co, has closed. We are sorry for the short notice but we can’t begin to express our gratitude for all of you. It truly is has been a pleasure to serve your family for generations.

Due to unforseen circumstances, we will be postponing our opening until Wednesday, March 12. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause for our beloved customers.

We will be closed Sunday, March 2nd thru Sunday, March 9th for vacation.

We will reopen on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 7:00 am.

Until then, please find us on the shelves of our local Giant Eagle stores and other stores in the area.

Join us this Sunday to hear Patty share the history of the bakery with the Trumbull County historical society. The event will be held in the old Artisan cafe building next to Warren Flea at 2pm.

It’s time for pumpkin rolls! Stop by and pick up a slice or a whole roll!

Slices are $2.75 each

Each pumpkin roll is about 5in long and 4in wide. They are $8.25 each.

We are seeking night bakers. Will train on site. If you have your own transportation, an ability to work well with others, and are a self-motivator we want you. Shift starts at 1:30 am on Mon, Wed thru Sat. Paid weekly. If this is for YOU stop in at 2216 Youngstown Rd SE. 9am-4pm and ask for the owner. You can start immediately.
