So- In the last 10 years of doing this passion of mine, I’ve never made a fruit cake!
Last year I had requests for them but I didn’t have time to research a good tasting recipe.

Does anyone have a recipe they are willing to share with me that they love? I know I could find one online or AI, but I truly believe in Hone Cooking and the best recipes come from family and friends.
I would love to give them a try this year. Preferably a cake that doesn’t fall apart when you cook it and uses dye free ingredients.

*Strawberry Crunch! 2 layers of strawberry cake, 1 layer of vanilla, cheesecake filling and cinnamon vested in vanilla buttercream and strawberry crunch coat. Topped with fresh glazed strawberries.
*Carrot cake: Carrots, walnuts, coconut, pineapple and fall flavor seasonings with cream cheese frosting.
*Raspberry cream- White cake base swirl with raspberry combo, layered with vanilla buttercream and a lot of raspberry compote inside and out!
