I only make these about once a year.. GLUTEN-FREE CREAM CHEESE WONTONS. Crispy, Gluten-Free handmade wontons filled with a lightly sweetened cream cheese and fried to a golden brown. Warm these babies in an air fryer or oven for a few minutes and enjoy. These do freeze beautifully to warm and enjoy later as well. Amazing! New recipe tested today, which will be featured for next week's Single Serving Saturday menu: GLUTEN-FREE STRAWBERRY FRITTERS. Melt-in-your-mouth delicious! This is a yeast donut with real fresh strawberries worked in to the dough, left to rise, fried, and finished with a vanilla glaze.
