hello! its been a while since ive posted, but life 🫠 i figured i needed to come on here to say i have decided to no longer take orders. i have had this decided for a few weeks now, but this makes it all that much more real. my last month in the kitchen is july and will complete the orders i have already had in the books. as i stated in a previous post, i was my brothers caretaker a few months ago. my amazing fiance brad, took on the roll so i could tend to my orders. brad started his new job at the beginning of this month, so i have gone back to being cades caretaker 🤎 there is a lot of emotions that comes with having to close the shop, but i know its needed so i do feel a sense of peace. i cant even begin to thank all of my amazing clients who have been with me on this journey. some of you have been there from the very beginning. i think of all the clients i have done sweets for for major life events: engagements, weddings, baby showers, first birthdays, allllll of the things 🥺 its so bittersweet, but feeling so thankful to see all of the growth and progress i made over the years. i couldnt have gotten this far without all of you. i love you all so much, and so excited to what God has in store for me. i just ask one thing, if you are a local baker, please leave a comment so others can see. i get asked all the time for recommendations and there are so many wonderful bakers in middle georgia! also, if you are not a baker, please tag other bakers that you know! again, thank you all so much. goodbye for now 🫶🏼
