1st time I ever made this cake, it didn't turn out how I REALLY wanted it to turn out but it's OK for a 1st time run, at least I think so. ...and man this cake took a LONG TIME TO MAKE ,there was at least 5 different stages to make for this cake
1st= baking the bake. ..simple
2nd= making the lemon white chocolate mousse
3rd= making the strawberry mousse
4th= making the chocolate gauche
5th= making the chocolate decorations
& FINALLY THE ASSEMBLY
Thinking this was & is the LONGEST I HAVE EVER EVER WORKED ON A CAKE. ....NEXT TIME WILL DO IT IN 2DAYS INSTEAD OF 1 WHOLE DAY. .....BUT IT TASTES SO GOOD.....

This dreamy & delicious Strawberry Triple layer with homemade strawberry filling between all layer with ombre pink & white buttercream icing topped with sweet red strawberries drizzled in dark chocolate gauche & adored with dark chocolate candy scrollwork decorations.......just $35 .. . 1" serving Sz Dbl Layer Round Cakes w/ plain icing usually BC:
6"=6-8 s.sz=$15
8"=12-14s.sz=$25
9"=16-30s.sz=$30
10"=21-30s.sz=$35
Please add $10 ea for a kit &/or sugar sheet ($20 for both),, & $6 per extra or specialty filling

Sheet Cakes per 1" serving sz:
9×13=20-30 s.sz=$40
11×14=30-40 s.sz=$55
12×18=50-60 s.sz=$70
Add a additional $10 for cake squares

For 2tier ( 6/8" & 10") cakes we start at $50 for basic icing and add additional $10 for Gumpaste, or Fondant, or MC covering or extra $25 for covering & decorations
