Tulip Festival 2026 is a wrap! Big events are a ton on work, add in adverse weather and it's stressful on top of everything else but overall it was all worth it! I love seeing people and catching up on life. I love the excitement of someone picking a flavor they love! I love seeing other vendors succeed.

Huge thank you to the Wamego Area Chamber of Commerce for their hardwork. Thanks to my hubby for carrying the heavy things. Thanks to my parents for keeping our kids where they needed to be. My heart is full ❤️🌷

There really is no place like Wamego!

I love doing Wizard of Oz flavored macarons! People order them by their name, flavor or sometimes color! Which 2 flavors do you think sold out first today?

I'm making more so I'll have some fresh batches for Sunday!

I didn't get any pictures taken today at the Tulip Festival but look at these feet!! The only feet I want to look at are on macarons 😆

It's the final countdown! So far 48 lbs of butter and I've lost track of everything else 🤪

420 Sugar Cookies lovingly handcut by my mom and decorated by me and individually packaged.

6 flavors of deep dish cookies scooped, measured and labeled with help of my mom and Monica!

8 flavors of macarons. Court not so expertly helped separate the egg whites 😆

It's a lot of work to prepare for an event like Tulip Festival but I love it! I love Wamego and the people. I'm so thankful for my friends and family for their help!

I look forward to a fun weekend! I'll be in my usual spot near the Bandstand. 🌷❤️

This is my 4th year participating in Porches on Poplar! I love any event that supports Wamego and brings people together ❤️ I have scones on my menu today with a bonus flavor not listed....any guesses on what it may be?!

I've made the extremely difficult decision not to set up at Oztoberfest this year. My kids are in an extremely busy phase of life, and I want to be as present as possible.

I also spent this week helping raise money for the Faith Market, Wamego Community Market, and Tough2gether at the Wamego Match Day. It was an amazing day filled with so much joy, connection, and community. It was a full and quite exhausting day. Thank you to the Wamego Community Foundation!

I will be at Oztoberfest to support my tiny dancer and at 11:30, as well as cheering on the Junior Raiders football teams. We also have a mission tent for the Wamego United Methodist Church raising funds through breakfast burritos, scones, juice, coffee, and bottled water.

I'll be sad to miss out on my cookie customers, but I know being with my kids is exactly where I need to be right now. I love you all, and I hope to be back slinging. Cookies soon ❤️🥰
